Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients with colon cancer. Methods 140 patients with colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery from January 2017 to may 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 70 in each group. The observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation and the control group with basic nursing. The recovery time, psychological and SF 36 scores, complication rate and satisfaction were assessed. Results The time of defecation, eating, bowel sound recovery and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The psychological and SF 36 scores of the nursing group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative period of colon cancer patients, the rapid rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of bowel sounds, improve the quality of life, and accelerate the postoperative recovery.
