Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application of narrative medical nursing intervention in the patients with chronic senile diseases. Methods 150 chronic elderly patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group (75 cases) and observation group (75 cases). The control group used conventional nursing methods and the observation group used narrative medicine based nursing intervention. The negative emotion, life happiness, quality of life, treatment compliance, clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), the quality of life in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05), the subjective well-being in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05), the treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention based on narrative medicine can improve the clinical effect, relieve the negative emotion, improve the living standard, increase the happiness and improve the patients' satisfaction.
