Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of low-dose rituximab combined with eltrombopag in the treatment of hormone resistant immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). Methods From May 2018 to may 2019, 24 ITP patients with hormone resistance admitted to the Department of Hematology, 920th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 12 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with low-dose rituximab combined with eltrombopag, while the control group was treated with eltrombopag. The changes of platelet count before and after treatment were observed, and the adverse reactions were summarized. Results There was no significant difference in platelet count between the two groups before treatment, 7, 14 days and 1 month after treatment (P>0.05). The number of platelets in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Low dose rituximab combined with eltrombopag can significantly increase the number of platelets in patients with hormone resistant ITP, and the efficacy is better than that of eltrombopag,
