【Abstract】 Clostridium difficile (CD) is a conditional pathogen of human intestinal tract, which is an important pathogen of infectious diarrhea in hospitals and communities. With the abuse of antibiotics and the prevalence of high virulent strain 027 / Nap1 / Bi, the incidence of Clostridium difficile infection (CDI) is increasing, which has attracted worldwide attention. The Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Clostridium Difficile Infection published in 2017 is the first Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of CDI, which has attracted great attention. In this paper, the diagnosis, detection and treatment of C. difficile infection in the "Consensus of Experts on the Diagnosis and Treatment of C. difficile infection in Chinese Adults" were interpreted.
