Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects of feedback health education combined with psychological counseling in the nursing of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods 94 patients with cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. The two groups were given routine nursing and psychological counseling, and observation group was given feedback health education on this basis. The cognitive level of cerebrovascular diseases, psychological states, selfmanagement ability and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results In terms of cognitive level of cerebrovascular diseases, the scores of basic knowledge, influencing factors, medication precautions, diet and rest and rehabilitation exercise in observation group after nursing were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). As for psychological states, the scores of selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) and selfrating depression scale (SDS) in observation group after nursing were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). In terms of selfmanagement ability, the scores of selfefficacy and selfmanagement behavior in observation group after nursing were higher than those in control group (P<0.05) while the health status score was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). In terms of activities of daily living, the Barthel index (BI) and ability of daily living scale (ADL) score in observation group after nursing were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Feedback health education combined with psychological counseling can improve cognition level of cerebrovascular diseases, effectively adjust psychological states, and improve the selfmanagement ability and activities of daily living.
