Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhike Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 80 patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from October 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with Zhike Pingchuan decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, TCM score, pulmonary function, blood index, IL-8,TNFα, CRPand PCT levels were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P＜005). After treatment, the score of cough, sputum expectoration, shortness of breath, wheezing and moist rale in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05). The levels of FEV1,FVC and FEV1% in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.05). After treatment, the PaO2 and SaO2 levels in the in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.05),and PaCO2 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05). The IL-8,TNFα,CRP and PCT in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by Zhike Pingchuan decoction combined with western medicine is remarkable.
