    【摘要】 糖尿病肾病(DKD)是糖尿病最常见、最严重的慢性微血管并发症之一,是导致终末期肾病(ESRD)的重要原因。 DKD的详细病因及发病机制尚不清楚,目前尚无有效的治疗方法,主要通过有效控制血糖、血压及脂代谢紊乱、 降低尿蛋匂等因素,延缓DKD进程%阿魏酸(FA)是川萼、当归等中药的有效成分之一,具有抗血小板聚集、促进血小板 解聚、抗血栓、抗氧化、抗自由基等多方面的生物活性。阿魏酸哌嗪(PF)是通过FA人工合成的衍生物,大量的体内外 实验表明PF可以通过影响肾脏损伤的潜在机制延缓DKD进展%本文就PF治疗DKD的研究现状及相关作用机制作一综述。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】 Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is one of the most common and serious chronic microvascular complications of diabetes and an important cause of end-stage renal disease (ESRD). The detailed etiology and pathogenesis of DKD are still unclear. At present, there is no effective treatment method, which mainly delays the DKD process by effectively controlling blood sugar , blood pressure and lipid metabolism disorders , reducing urine protein and other factors. Ferulic acid is one of the active constituents of traditional Chinese medicines such as Chuanxiong and Angelica. It has antiplatelet aggregation , promotes platelet depolymerization , anti-thrombosis , anti-oxidation , anti-free radical and other biological activities. Piperazine ferulate(PF) is a derivative synthesized by ferulic acid. A large number of experiments in vitroandinvivohaveshownthatpiperazineferulatecandelaytheprogressionofDKDthroughthepotentialmechanismof affecting kidney damage. This article reviews the research status and related mechanism of piperazine ferulate in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease.
