Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of anti-osteoporosis drug intervention and bone and joint nursing on pain and quality of life in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods From January 2018 to October 2018 , 70 patients with of postmenopausal osteoporosis with low back pain were selected from gynecology department of Mianyang Third Peoples Hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. The former was given routine analgesic drug intervention and routine nursing, while the latter was given anti-osteoporosis drug intervention and bone and joint nursing. The pain and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed after 1 month. Results After one month of intervention, the pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved. Compared with the control group, the pain of the observation group was significantly improved. The degree of pain decreased more significantly (4.7±3.9 vs.2.5±1.1, P<0.05), and the quality of life score increased more significantly (76.14+1.59 vs. 98.33±2.94, P<0.05). Conclusion Anti-osteoporotic drugs combined with bone and joint nursing for postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with low back pain are significantly better than routine analgesics combined with routine nursing.
