【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the effect of metoprolol combined with safflor yellow injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods From January 2017 to February 2018, the patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected. They were divided into control group and combined treatment group by the random envelope method. The control group was given the conventional treatment. Besides the conventional therapy, the patients in another group received the treatment of metoprolol combined with safflor yellow injection. To compare of the clinical effects of two groups of patients. Results The TG, LDL-C, and TC of the control group were higher than the treatment group, while the HDL was lower than the treatment group, there were statistical significance (P<0.05). The attack frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,there were statist— calsignificance (P<0.05).Conclusion Forpaien=swi=huns=ableanginapec=oris"=herearedefini=eandsignifican=clini- cal effects treated by metoprolol combined with safflor yellow injection, that able to effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients , which is worth of popularizing and applying.
