Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum Hey , CEA and CA199 for colorectal cancer and its correlation with staging. Methods 80 CRC patients and 80 healthy subjects were enrolled in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2017 to July 2018. The values of serum Hey , CEA and CA199 were recorded in detail. The values of Hey , CEA , and CA199 were compared between the two groups , and the positive rate of each marker under different clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The values of Hey , CEA and CA199 in the colorectal cancer group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.001). The levels of serum markers in patients with stage III and IV were significantly higher than those in stages I and II. Combined detection of the three markers improved the diagnostic efficacy. Conclusion Hey , CEA and CA199 can be used as serum markers for colorectal cancerforpreclinical3creeningandearlydiagno3i3.
