Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of nursing ethics in hospice care of patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods 68 patients with advanced lung cancer treated in Respiratory Medicine Dept. of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into control group and research group, with 34 patients in each group. Among them, the control group using conventional nursing methods of patients with advanced cancer, research on the basis of conventional nursing care of patients with hospice care, nursing in patients with two groups before and after the anxiety of the self assessment score (SAS) and depression assessment (SDS) score record comparison, at the same time, application of PSQI score evaluation of two groups of patients sleep quality and care of the patient and family satisfaction survey. Results Before nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing care, both groups were improved to a certain extent, and the study group was significantly superior to the control group (P<0.05). The PSQI score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, indicating that the sleep quality of the patients in this group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Patients and their families in the study group were significantly more satisfied than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Endoflife care for patients with advanced lung cancer can effectively improve the patient's SAS score and SDS score, and can effectively improve the patient's sleep quality, and can also effectively improve the patient's and their family's satisfaction with care.
