【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the preventive effects of system nursing for radiationinduced oral mucositis in Chinese head and neck cancer patients by systematic review and metaanalysis. Methods We searched CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, PubMed and additional retrieval were carried out through other resources on December 4, 2017. Literature selection, data extraction and quality assessment of studies were conducted by two researchers independently, and the Metaanalysis was performed by the software of RevMan53. Results 7 RCTs involving 827 patients were included, the results of Metaanalysis showed that in system nursing intervention group, the occurrence of radiationinduced oral mucositis were mainly Ⅰ and Ⅱ level, Ⅲ level was less, and there was no Ⅳ level; While in routine nursing group, the Ⅱ and Ⅲ level was in the majority, Ⅰ and Ⅳ level was less, but all had occurred. Conclusion System nursing intervention could relieve the severity of radiationinduced oral mucositis, and prevent the occurrence of severe radiationinduced oral mucositis, but due to the number included in the study was less and the quality were generally low, so we suggest to perform highquality studies to verify.
