Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Weifuchun tablet combined with lansoprazole on serum IL1β, sIL2R and MTL levels in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 180 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in the Gastroenterology Department of our hospital from September 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order, each with 90 cases. The control group received lansoprazole. Based on this, the observation group received the Weifuchun tablet. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom scores, pathological grades, different pathological conditions, serological indicators, gastric atrophy and intestinal metaplasia were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (9778% vs 8888%, P<005). A significant decrease showed in the scores of epigastric pain, noisiness in the stomach, beryllium pantothenic acid and oral dry mouth in both groups (P<005). The incidence rate of different complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the amelioration of various symptoms was more significant in the observation group than in the control group (P<005). The endoscopic grading of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<005). The levels of serum IL1β, SIL2R, GAS, and MTL were significantly decreased in both groups, moreover, the G17 levels were significantly increased, and both changes were more obvious in the observation group than in the control group (P<005). The scores of gastric atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment (P<005). The gland atrophy of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<005), while no difference was found in the intestinal metaplasia(P>005).Conclusion Weifuchun tablet combined with lansoprazole can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms, serum IL1β, sIL2R, GAS, MTL and G17 levels, along with the gastric atrophy and intestinal metaplasia, regulate gastrointestinal hormone levels for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, which is worth promoting.
