Abstract:【Abstract】 Intestinal mucosal barrier is a normal intestinal tract with a more complete functional isolation zone, so that the body to maintain a relatively stable environment to maintain the body's normal life activities intestinal ischemiareperfusion (I/R) injury is a common clinical event. Cute intestinal ischemia is a lifethreatening emergency that is associated with substantial morbidity and mortality. However, the exact mechanism that is involved in the pathogenesis of acute intestinal ischemia has not yet been clearly defined. The bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) signaling plays an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis through the regulation of inflammatory mediators and cytokines. The different biological function of BMP protein expressed in ischemia reperfusion injury is still sketchy. Effects of various BMP proteins on intestinal mucosal barrier function under ischemiareperfusion injury, and study on the effect of BMP on intestinal mucosal barrier function will contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal ischemiareperfusion injury.
