Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nursing mode based on AGI grading program in adult patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted. 98 patients with acute pancreatitis of The Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled and divided into the AGI nursinggroup and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing care for acute pancreatitis. The intervention group was given nursing care based on AGI grading program. Results There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups. The mean length of hospital stay, incidence of complications and mortality in the intervention group were all lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<005). Conclusion Nursing mode based on AGI grading program in adult patients with acute pancreatitis can reduce the average length of hospital stay, incidence of complications and mortality.
