    【摘要】 目的 探讨急性胃肠功能损伤(Acute gastrointestinal injury,AGI)分级的护理模式在成人急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法 纳入2016年12月~2017年12月我院收治的急性胰腺炎患者98例,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据护理方式的不同分为对照组48例和AGI护理组50例。对照组患者给予常规急性胰腺炎护理,AGI护理组患者在常规护理基础上,给予基于急性胃肠功能损伤分级的护理干预。比较两组患者的一般资料、平均住院时间、并发症发生率和病死率。结果 两组患者一般资料无统计学差异(P>005),AGI护理组的平均住院时间、并发症发生率和病死率均低于对照组(P<005),AGI护理组的有效治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论 对成人急性胰腺炎患者按急性胃肠功能损伤分级进行护理干预,能够减少平均住院时间、并发症发生率和病死率,提高有效治愈率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nursing mode based on AGI grading program in adult patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted. 98 patients with acute pancreatitis of The Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled and divided into the AGI nursinggroup and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing care for acute pancreatitis. The intervention group was given nursing care based on AGI grading program. Results There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups. The mean length of hospital stay, incidence of complications and mortality in the intervention group were all lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<005). Conclusion Nursing mode based on AGI grading program in adult patients with acute pancreatitis can reduce the average length of hospital stay, incidence of complications and mortality.
