Abstract:【ABSTRACT】 Objective To study the curative efficacy of nerve growth factor and oxiracetam on the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage andtheserum levels of IL1β,IL6,CRP and NSE. Methods 472 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated from October 2015 to May 2018 in our hospital were selected, according to the random number table method, were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in observation group were treated by nerve growth factor andoxiracetam, while the patients in control group were treated by oxiracetam. Then the clinical efficacy, the serum levels of IL1β,IL6,CRP and NSE, NIHSS score, Barthel index, MMSE score and hematoma volume changes in the two groups before and after the treatment were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 953%, which was higher than that of the control group (822%, P<005). The serum levels of IL1β, IL6, CRP and NSE of observation group were less than the control group. The NIHSS score of observation group was less than the control group. The Barthel index and MMSE score of observation group were higher than the control group, and the hematoma volume of observation group was less than that the control group (P< 005). Conclusion Nerve growth factor and oxiracetamcould significantly improve the nerve function damage, reduce the serum levels of IL1β,IL6,CRP and NSE, and improve the clinical curative effect in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
