Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Shuxuetong on serum Ddimer (DD) and respiratory function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with pulmonary hypertension. Methods 80 patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. All patients were given routine treatments such as oxygen inhalation, bronchodilator, glucocorticoids, antibiotics and nutritional support. On the basis, the observation group was additionally treated with Shuxuetong injection. The two groups were given 21 days of treatment. Indexes of blood coagulation were compared between the two groups, and blood gas indexes, pulmonary arterial pressure and pulmonary function indexes were detected. The respiratory system was evaluated and adverse reactions during treatment were statistically analyzed. Results After 21 days of treatment, the prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group (P< 005). The levels of fibrinogen (FIB) and DD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 005). After 21 days of treatment, the arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) and the ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1s (FEV1/FVC) in the observation group [(7124±1284) mmHg and (5784±1043) %]were significantly higher than those in the control group [(7124±1284) mmHg and (5784±1043) %](P< 005), while the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) and pulmonary arterial systolic pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group [(5002±901) mmHg and (4473±806) mmHg](P< 005). Conclusion Shuxuetong can relieve the hypercoagulable state, increase the blood oxygen content, lower the pulmonary arterial hypertension and improve the respiratory function in patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension.
