Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with motor dysfunction after incomplete spinal cord injury. Methods 74 patients with incomplete spinal cord injury treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional drugs. On the basis of treatment in the control group, the research group used Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with acupuncture therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The ADL scores, functional differences, walking ability scores, pain scores (VAS) and other indicators of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results the clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P< 005). Compared with the treatment before, the scores of functional differences and walking ability of the two groups of patients were significantly increased (P< 005), and the walking ability of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 005). The pain score (ADL) of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 005). VAS score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 005). Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of motor dysfunction after incomplete spinal cord injury.
