【Abstract】 In 2017, Chinese neurologist formulated The Expert Consensus on Diagnostic Criteria for Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) to better standardize the diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and improve the clinical diagnostic accuracy of MSA. The author interprets the main contents of the consensus with personal knowledge and clinical experience, mainly expounding the clinical manifestations and classification of MSA, discussing the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of MSA. And some early characteristic manifestations of multiple system atrophy were interpreted.
