Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of diet guidance and psychological intervention on emotional management of puerperal women after cesarean section. Methods 126 primipara underwent cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group, according to the sequence of operation time, 63 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine nursing after operation, and the observation group was given dietary guidance and psychological intervention. On the first day after operation and one month after operation, the anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared. Results The anxiety and depression scores and the incidence of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Diet guidance combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of parturient women after cesarean section.
