Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features and the corresponding clinical pathological manifestations of Struma Ovarii. Methods The clinical data and preoperative ultrasonographic findings of 94 patients with Struma Ovarii were analyzed retrospectively from January 2010 to May 2017 at West China Second Hospital. The characteristics of ultrasonographic images were summarized. Results 91 cases were benign Struma Ovarii. 3 cases were malignant Struma Ovarii.77 cases (84.6%) were cystic, separated cystic or mixed. The border of 86 cases (94.5%) were clear, 70 cases (76.9%) had regular shape. 45 cases (49.5%) can detect and 2 cases of malignant Struma Ovarii ultrasonography showed mixed echo with stronger echo nodules，blood flow signal.wereditected in the cystic wall，nodule and septum。Conclusion Ultrasonographic features of Struma Ovarii are diverse, but still have some characteristics, such as the performance of clear boundary，regular shape of the multicystic or cystic solid mass,solid nodule can be seen in part of the cyst, blood flow signal.were detected in the cystic wall and septum. Detailed analysis of ultrasound image features can improve the diagnosis of Struma Ovarii
