Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of Deanxit in the treatment of female patients with hypertension, anxiety and depression and the impact on quality of life. Methods 90 female patients with hypertension, anxiety and depression admitted to department of cardiology in the hospital from December 2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine antihypertensive drugs (amlodipine, valsartan, etc.). On the basis, the observation group was treated with Deanxit. The total effective rate of antihypertensive treatment, negative emotions[Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD)], levels of serum indicators[myeloperoxidase (MPO), nitric oxide (NO), 5hydroxytryptamine (5-HT)] and quality of life[short from health survey (SF-36)] and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate of antihypertensive treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.01). The level of serum MPO was lower than that in the control group after treatment, while the levels of NO and 5HT were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The SF36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment, and at 1 month after treatment (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Deanxit can improve the antihypertensive effects, relieve negative emotions, improve quality of life, reduce the activity of MPO and increase levels of NO and 5-HT in female patients with hypertension and anxiety and depression.
