Based on promoting the development of skeletal imaging, the clinical application and research status of skeletal imaging were analyzed in this article, and the main problems and its causes were focused on. This paper believes that the releap of skeletal imaging depends on the transformation of thinking from general morphological characterization to microscopic component quantification and the breakthrough of specific technical research, as well as the expansion of thinking in the direction of professional integration within disciplines, crossdisciplines, and crossdisciplinary technical cooperation.
