Abstract:【Abstract】 Structural heart disease refers to congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, perivalvular leak and ventricular septal rupture after acute myocardial infarction etc. Under the recent progress in the field of the knowledge, procedural familiarity, device technology and clinic research, interventional therapies such as transcatheter aortic valve implantation, percutaneous mitral valve repair, transcatheter closure of patent foramen ovale and left atrial appendage occlusion have been reported achieved encouraging results.
