Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of PrecedeProceed mode on medication compliance, lifestyle and quality of life in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods The clinical data of 120 patients after PCI treated from January 2016 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, and patients were divided into control group (from January 2016 to October 2016, n=64) and observation group (From November 2016 to June 2017, n=56) according to the intervention method. Control group was given routine nursing intervention, and observation group was supplemented with PrecedeProceed mode nursing intervention on the basis of control group. The medication compliance[Morisky medication adherence scale (MMAS8)], selfefficacy and family care[general selfefficacy scale (GSES), family care index (APGAR)], lifestyle[Chinese version of improved pender healthy lifestyle scale(hereinafter referred to as health behavior scale)], quality of life[GQOL174 Quality of Life Scale (GQOL174), Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ)]were compared between the two groups after 3 months of intervention, and the prognosis was recorded after 6 months of followup. Results After 3 months of intervention, the scores of MMAS8, GSEE, APGAR, GQOL174 and SAQ in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<005). After 3 months of intervention, there was no significant difference in the dimensions scores of selfrealization and occupational safety between the two groups (P>005), and the scores of sports health, balanced dietary and interpersonal support in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<005). After 6 months of followup, the incidence rate of adverse cardiovascular events in the two groups was not statistically different (P>005). Conclusion PrecedeProceed mode for patients after PCI can have good nursing intervention, and it is beneficial to improve medication compliance and promote healthy life and quality of life.
