Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the risk factors of the complications of the puncture site after transarterial percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention and find out the effective nursing preventive measures. Method 103 patients undergoing transradial artery puncture cardiac interventional surgery in our hospital from June to December 2014 were selected as the control group and 125 patients hospitalized from January to July 2015 as the observation group. Both groups were given routine nursing. The observation group was given special nursing on the basis of the routine nursing, that is, the risk factors of complications at the puncture site. Specific nursing plan is put forward, and the quality control of puncture site is carried out. The incidence of puncture site complications, puncture side pain score, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction score were analyzed. Results The incidence of complications in the control group at the puncture site (2621%) was significantly higher than that in the observation group (800%, P<005). The pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<005). The nursing satisfaction scores were significantly higher than the control group (P<005). Conclusion Specialized nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications at the puncture site after transradial coronary intervention, reduce the degree of pain and improve patient compliance and satisfaction with nursing work.
