Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of combined anteversion technique in total hip arthroplasty (THA) for developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH). Methods Between January 2016 and April 2018, the data of 27 cases of DDH paitents before and after operation respectively, including Harris score, acetabular anteversion angle, femoral anteversion angle and combined anteversion were analyzed. Results The data of Harris score, acetabular anteversion angle, femoral anteversion angle and combined anteversion angle before and after operation were. There was no significant difference in the femoral anteversion angle data. While, Harris score, acetabular anteversion angle and combined anterior tilt angle after operation had significant differences compared with before operation (P<005). Conclusion The application of combined anteversion technique in THA for DDH with bone deformity can help to design the acetabular anteversion angle and combined anteversion in appropriate in surgery and reduce the dislocation of artificial joints.
