    【摘要】 目的 探讨联合前倾角技术在发育性髋关节脱位(developmental dysplasia of hip,DDH)患者行人工全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)中的应用。方法 纳入2016年1月~2018年4月期间应用联合前倾角技术行THA的DDH患者27例,并采集患者术前、术后髋关节功能Harris评分,髋臼前倾角、股骨前倾角、联合前倾角数据,差异行统计学分析。结果 术前术后股骨前倾角差异无统计学意义(P>005);Harris评分、髋臼前倾角及联合前倾角术前术后差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论 针对DDH患者髋关节周围骨质畸形在THA术中使用联合前倾角技术,能指导术中设计合适的髋臼前倾角及联合前倾角,减少人工关节脱位。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of combined anteversion technique in total hip arthroplasty (THA) for developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH). Methods Between January 2016 and April 2018, the data of 27 cases of DDH paitents before and after operation respectively, including Harris score, acetabular anteversion angle, femoral anteversion angle and combined anteversion were analyzed. Results The data of Harris score, acetabular anteversion angle, femoral anteversion angle and combined anteversion angle before and after operation were. There was no significant difference in the femoral anteversion angle data. While, Harris score, acetabular anteversion angle and combined anterior tilt angle after operation had significant differences compared with before operation (P<005). Conclusion The application of combined anteversion technique in THA for DDH with bone deformity can help to design the acetabular anteversion angle and combined anteversion in appropriate in surgery and reduce the dislocation of artificial joints.
