Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To explore the technique of screening twodimensional and threedimensional ultrasonography for superficial soft tissue mass in fetus. Methods The methods of vertical fetal body surface transection, longitudinal incision and tangent line scanning method were used to evaluate the effect of the fetus in Wenjiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Sichuan Women and Children's Hospital from January to December 2016. The screening of 9835 fetuses and January 2015December 2015without this method in both homes of the system of 9856 fetuses were compared. Results In 2016, the positive rate of screening of superficial soft tissue mass in fetal fetus was significantly higher than that of the fetus soft tissue mass without screening in 2015 by the method of vertical fetal body surface transection, longitudinal incision and tangent scan. (P<005). In 2016, 13 cases of soft tissue mass were found in 9835 fetuses in the study group, the positive rate was 013%. The result of birth or induction of labor confirmed that one case had missed the right shoulder Hemangiomas (mass of about 2 cm, width of about 3 cm and thickness of about 02 cm) were enrolled in this study. Of the 9,556 fetuses in the control group in 2015, 3 cases of soft tissue mass were screened out, with a positive rate of 003% and 12 missed cases. Conclusion The screening of the superficial soft tissues of the fetus with the scanning technique of vertical fetal body surface transection, longitudinal incision and tangent line significantly improves the detection rate of superficial soft tissue mass.
