Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of βcatenin in HSF after different dose and time treatments with UVB, and explore the mechanism of UVB to induce HSF senescence. Methods The control group was not treated with UVB. The experimental group was treated with UVB (100, 200 , 300 μmJ/cm2) for different time (1, 2, 3d). The expression of βcatenin gene was detected with FQPCR. The growth activity of HSF was observed by MTT. The apoptosis rate of HSF was detected by flow cytometry. Results HSF treated with UVB displayed a slow growth in comparison with the control group, and the growth rate decreased with the creasing of UVB dose. The expression level of βcatenin gene in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<005). The expression level of the genes varies with the time and dose of UVB, and it has obvious timedependent and concentrationdependent. Conclusion The expression of βcatenin in the HSF treated by UVB was significantly decreased, and UVB could induce the senescence of HSF.
