Abstract:Objective To establish the reference range of 2D measurement of fetal gallbladder at 16—40 weeks gestational, get the growth curve and equation of fetal gallbladder, compare with the existing reference values of other regions and explore the relationship between fetal gallbladder a new indicator of fetal growth and development for prenatal care. Methods 721 fetal form Chengdu First People's Hospital form December 2014 to August 2017 were selected in the present study. The fetal were 13 to 40 weeks, single pregnancy and the pregnant women without complications. The longitudinal and anteroposterior diameter of the gallbladder were measured. Results The longitudinal and anteroposterior diameter of normal fetal gallbladder was linearly correlated with gestational weeks. The correlation equation was longitudinal diameter: Y=0.347X + 12481 (X=gestational weeks, Y=long diameter of gallbladder), P<0.01, R2=0.092; anteroposterior diameter: Y=0.056X + 3.222 (X=gestational weeks, Y=gallbladder anteroposterior diameter), P<0.01, R2=0.043. The equation can be derived from the normal gestational week reference range. Conclusion The 2D measurement of fetal gallbladder can assess fetal development to a certain extent, especially fetal biliary system development. 2D measurement of gallbladder longitudinal length of the assessment is more accurate, through the observation of fetal gall bladder can be diagnosed for fetal biliary abnormalities Valuable information.
