    【摘要】 目的 建立评价基于规范化培训模式的护理专业学位硕士研究生核心能力的考核指标体系。方法 通过回顾文献、专家结构式访谈初步构建考核指标大纲,运用德尔菲法(Delphi)和层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)对构建指标进行两轮专家函询,形成考核指标体系。结果 40位专家的权威系数为085,判断系数08,熟悉程度09;两轮问卷的回收率分别为95%、947%,共纳入36份有效问卷, 1级、2级指标的协调系数分别为0415和0547且P值均<005,专家咨询的协调程度较好。最终形成7项1级指标,根据权重值排序为专业技能、科研素养、理论知识、自我发展素质、人文素质、教学能力、管理能力,32项2级指标,53项3级指标的考核指标体系。结论 各级指标条目专家意见集中,协调程度好,重要性评分结果有效,可为规范化培训模式与护理硕士专业学位研究生衔接培养方案的制定和培养质量的评价提供依据。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】 Objective To lay the foundation for the assessment and cultivation of Master of Nursing Specialist, establish index system and evaluate the clinic competence of Master of Nursing Specialist based on standardized training mode. Methods The method of literature review and expert structured interview were used to built up the outline of assessment criteria. Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used to inquiry experts about the criteria for two rounds. Results 36 valid questionnaires were included. The authority index of 40 experts inquired was 085. Determination Factor was 08. The familiarity was 09. Two rounds of questionnaire recovery rate were 95% and 947%, respectively. Coordination coefficient of level 1 and level 2 were 0415 and 0547, respectively (P < 005). Coordination degree of expert consultation was satisfactory. Eventually the assessment index system was formed, which covered seven level 1 index sort by weight, including professional skill, scientific research quality, theoretical knowledge, selfdevelopment ability, humanistic quality, teaching capacity, management ability, besides, thirtytwo level 2 index, fiftythree level 3 index. Conclusion In terms of the indicators used to assess the clinical competence of Master of Nursing Specialist based on standardized training mode, experts have reached unanimous opinion and maintained good coordination. Besides, the grading results are effective and researches are credible. It can provide the basis for the quality evaluation of the training scheme for the standardized training mode and nursing master degree.
