Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective to compare and analyze the application of Heart Model (HM) and left ventricle opacification (LVO) in the measurement of left ventricular systolic function, so as to evaluate the clinical value of HM. Methods The data of EDV, ESV and EF measured by HM and LVO were collected from 68 patients. Then the paired t test was used to compare the difference between the two methods. Results The differences of EDV and EF measured by the two methods were statistically significant different (p < 005). There was no significant difference in the measurement of ESV (P>005). There was a certain difference in the results of the two methods, when EDV was 140180ml and EF is greater than 40%. Conclusion HM can measure the left ventricular systolic function accurately, but when EF ≤ 40% and (or) EDV > 190ml,there are some discrepancies in results.
