Methods 1127 hepatopathy patients in The People Hospital of Deyang from April, 2016 to April, 2017 were selected as study objectives. The data of nosocomial infection were analyzed. Results There were 107 patients with nosocomial infection of the 1127 patients (949%). The nosocomial infection sites included respiratory tract, abdominal cavity, gastrointestinal tract, urinary system, blood and biliary tract, etc. The main infection sites were respiratory tract (3274%), abdominal cavity (3009%) and gastrointestinal tract (1593%). The main pathogens were Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. Conclusion There is high incidence of nosocomial infection of hepatopathy patients. Age and invasive procedures are risk factors for nosocomial infections. The infection sites were mainly respiratory tract, abdominal cavity and gastrointestinal tract. Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus are common pathogens.
