【Abstract】 Traditional methods and strategies for the treatment of malignant tumors have failed to meet up with the requirements of patients for good prognosis. The concept of precision medicine has also penetrated into various fields of cancer treatment research. Therefore, biological therapy has become a hot spot for cancer research and hopes for overcoming malignant tumors. Biotherapy includes immunotherapy, gene therapy, endocrine therapy, and molecularly targeted drug therapy. At present, there are few researches about the relationship between the molecular mechanism of autophagy and tumorigenesis. Therefore, autophagy is becoming a new hot spot in the fields of researches on tumorigenesis and development, and it is also becoming a new target for tumor biological therapy. The purpose of this paper is to form a comprehensive review on the domestic and foreign research status and outlook about autophagy and tumor biological therapy.
