    摘要:

    【摘要】随着产科重症患者如妊娠合并心脏病、重度子痫前期日渐增多,常规监测难以满足临床需要,传统血流动力学监测创伤大、并发症多,应用受限。与经典肺动脉漂浮导管相比,无创生物电阻抗法具有良好的相关性。妊娠早期使用无创血流动力学监测系统MICOM可预测母胎界面的妊娠期疾病,改善母儿结局,在重症产科监测方面具有独特优势。本文对无创血流动力学监测系统NICOM的原理,优势和缺陷,以及在产科危重患者中的应用及进展做一综述。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】 The obstetrical patients with critical situation, such as pregnancy with heart disease, severe preeclampsia, are increasing day by day. Standard ASA monitoring is not sufficient for these patients. The application of traditional hemodynamic monitoring was limited due to the injury and complications. The hemodynamic monitoring has gradually changed from being invasive to minimally invasive and noninvasive. The cardiac output measured by noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring device, noninvasive cardiac output monitoring (NICOM), based on chest bioreactance has good correlation with pulmonary artery catheter. Moreover,noninvasive cardiac output monitoring can predict the evolution of uteroplacental diseaseresults and has unique advantages in critical obstetrics. In this paper, it intends to be a briefly review on principles, methods, indications,advantages and disadvantages of NICOM and its clinical application in critical obstetrics.
