Abstract:【Abstact】 Objective To discuss the effect of intensive care on postoperation negative mood disorders in elderly patients in ICU. Methods〓80 elderly patients after operation from January 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group (40 patients). Both groups were accepted surgical treatment and stayed in ICU, Control group was given routine care. Observation group received intensive care on the basis of routine care. The care satisfaction, nursing scores and anxiety and depression score were observed. Results Patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the nursing work than those in the control group (P<005). The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after the nursing. In the condition assurance, access to information, The nursing scores of accepted, supportive and comfortable aspects were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<005). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can improve patient satisfaction and reduce the negative emotions of patients, and play a significant role in clinical practice.
