Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the serum cystatin C (Cys C) and homocysteine (Hcy) clinical value of combined detection in early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods 61 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, 43 patients with type 2 diabetes and 40 healthy persons were selected. The content of Cys C was determined by immune transmission turbidity method. The content of Hcy was measured by cyclic enzyme method. The levels of serum Cys C and Hcy, and the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were analyzed. Results The serum Cys C and Hcy of type 2 diabetic nephropathy were higher than that of type 2 diabetic group (P<005). The serum Cys and Hcy levels of type 2 diabetic nephropathy was higher than that of the normal group (P<005). The sensitivity and specificity of Cys C combined with Hcy was higher than that of Cys C and Hcy single detection (P<005). Conclusion Serum cystatin C and homocysteine combined detection has important diagnostic value in early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
