Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective This article conducts expert interviews with 33 experts to clarify the performance research team's index system and weights. Methods In order to ensure the convergence of indicators, the framework of the index system was designed and revised and improved through expert consultation. Each expert was asked to evaluate the weight of the indicators. Results In combination with expert opinions, the firstlevel indicators and subindex systems and respective weights for scientific research team was established. Conclusion Experts give suggestions on each firstlevel indicators.
