Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of CRRT adjuvant therapy in patients with septic shock and its effect on blood PCT and CRP. Methods 40 patients with septic shock that received by our hospital during May 2010 to June 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group based on random number table. 20 patients were in each group. Patients in the control group were given regular systematic treatments, while patients in the observation group were given additional CRRT intervention based on the control group. After treatment, the PCT, CRP levels, APACHE Ⅱ score and the clinical efficiency were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results After treatment, the PCT, CRP levels and APACHE Ⅱ score were all significantly lower than that before treatments. The differences of those items were statistically different (P<005). PCT, CRP levels and APACHE Ⅱ score of control group were significantly lower than that in treatment group (P<005). After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the observational group and control group were 62%,(13/40)and 25%, (5/20), respectively. The difference was statistically different (P<005). Conclusion CRRT can effectively reduce septic shock in patients with inflammatory mediators, inflammatory reaction, and effectively improve the APACHE score and significantly improve the patient's clinical curative effect.
