Abstract:【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of uterine brace suture on postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods 86 patients of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section were analyzed. Depending on the hemostatic treatment, the patients with divided into observation group and the control group (n= 43). The observation group was treated with uterine brace suture. The control group was treated with the traditional treatment such as uterine artery ligation and uterine cavity filling yarn. The postoperative complications and satisfaction were observed. Results The hemostatic efficiency of the observation group (9767%) was significantly higher than that of control group (8372%) (x2=356, P<005). The relative operation and prognosis of the observation group were better than that of the control group (P<005). The patients in the observation group had less postoperative blood loss, shorter operation time, shorter hospital stay, and few postoperative complications than that of the control group (P<005).Conclusion Uterine brace suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section has good treatment effect, which can quickly stop bleeding, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, have high safety and good clinical effect.
