Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the risk factors for quality of life of patients with prostate cancer. Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with prostate cancer treated in the department of urology in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were followed up for two years. Quality of life of patients was evaluated with the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQC30) and the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Prostate module (EORTC QLQPR25). According to the scores, the patients were divided into good quality of life group (group A, 78 cases, score ≥ 75 points) and poor quality of life group (group B, 34 cases, score<75 points or dead). The related factors that affect the quality of life were recorded and analyzed. Results Multivariate Logistics regression analysis showed that tumor stage, Gleason grade score of prostate cancer, pelvic lymph node metastasis, education level and payment were the independent risk factors for poor quality of life of patients. Conclusion The tumor stage, Gleason score, pelvic lymph node metastasis, education level and payment mode affect the quality of life of patients with prostate cancer after treatment, which should be paid more attention.
