Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To study curative efficacy of insulin aspart 30 in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus intensive treatment and its effects on blood sugar and blood lipid and islet βcell secretary function. Methods 92 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus received therapy from January 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were selected. According to random number table, those patients were divided into the observation group (n=46) and the control group (n=46). The control group was treated with insulin aspart + protamine zinc insulin intensive treatment, while the observation group was treated with insulin aspart 30 intensive treatment. The blood sugar, blood lipid, insulin resistance index (HOMAIR), islet βcell secretary function(△I30/△G30), time of reaching target of glucose, insulin dosage and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared. Results After treatment, hemoglobin (HbA1C), fasting plasma glucose (FBG), postprandial plasma glucose (PPG), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLL), HOIMIR, △I30/△G30 after treatment of the two group were significantly improved than that before treatment (P<005). There was no significant difference in the HbA1C, FBG, PPG, TG, TC, LDLC, HOIMIR and △I30/△G30 after treatment between two groups(P>005). The time of reaching target of glucose in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (524±116d, 782±159d). The difference was statistically significant (P<005). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the use of insulin dosage and the incidence of hypoglycemia(P>005). Conclusion Traditional insulin strengthening scheme and insulin aspart 30 all well for type 2 diabetes mellitus intensive treatment can effectively reduce the levels of blood sugar and blood lipid, improve the islet βcell secretary function. The insulin aspart 30 can shorten the time of blood glucose to reach the standard.
