Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and analyze the curative effect of applying daytime mode to injection treatment of superficial angioma. Methods From June 2015 to October 2017, 73 patients with superficial angioma received sclerosing agent injection with daytime mode. The daytime group contained 28 male and 45 female and their age ranged from 18 to 62 years. The differences in general information, treatment outcome, length of stay and total hospitalization cost were compared between traditional model group and daytime group. Results No difference of general information was observed between these two groups. All patients received successful injection therapy. Angioma illness development was suppressed together with the lesions atrophied and disappeared. No recurrence occurred during the follow-up period. Compared with the traditional group, the average length of hospital stay in daytime group was reduced, and the total cost of hospitalization was decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<005). Conclusion Applying daytime mode to injection treatment of superficial angioma, not only safe and feasible, and has the same therapeutic effect with traditional mode, but also obviously shorten in-hospital time, reduce hospitalization expenses, and improve the utilization efficiency of medical resources.
