Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of early postoperative pain and inflammatory factors by local using of diprospan for open lumbar surgery. Methods Sixty patients with Lumber disc herniation(LDH)and undergoing open surgery were selected randomly and grouped as group P( n= 30) and group C ( n= 30) from October of 2016 to June of 2017. The patients in group P were local used of compound betamethasone injection. VAS score, straight leg raising angle, the first time out of bed, the blood levels of TNFα and IL6 at 12th, 24th, 48th and 72th hours after operation were recorded. The intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed. Results Compared with those before treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased and the straight leg elevation angle was significantly increased (P<005). Compared with the group C, the VAS score and straight leg elevation angle changes, the first time walking out of bed were more obvious different (P<005). Compared with the group C, the patients of group P with lower level of TNFα and IL6 after 12h, 24h, 48h and 72h after surgery(P<005). There were 7 patients with high blood glucose postoperative need to increase the amount of insulin. There were 2 patients with severe back pain in group C after operation. Conclusion Posterior lumbar open surgery combined with local use of diprospan to treat LDH can significantly reduce the early postoperative pain and inflammation, earlier recovery of daily life.
