【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and effect of hospital integrated family nursing for stroke patients and provide references for improving rehabilitation quality of patients with stroke. Methods 203 stroke inpatients were randomly divided into control group (n = 101) and observation group (n = 102), according to the order of discharge. The two groups of patients were given regular discharge nursing. The observation group on this basis was carried out the hospital family integrated care including home rehabilitation programs, regular guidance, supervision, implementation of training programs. The compliance, FuglMeyer score and Barthel index, quality of life improvement score were observed. Results The scores of treatment compliance, FuglMeyer score, Barthel index and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜005). Conclusion Hospital family integration model can improve the treatment of patients with stroke compliance, promote functional recovery of patients with limbs, improve patients' daily living ability and improve patient quality of life.
