【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of 3 + 1 overall rehabilitation nursing model in Alzheimer's disease patients. Methods From December 2015 to December 2016, 128 patients with Alzheimer's disease were enrolled in this study. According to the different nursing methods, the patients were divided into 3 + 1 group and conventional group. 3 + 1 group were treated with 3 + 1 overall rehabilitation nursing. The scores of the two groups were observed before and after the two groups. The language ability score, the daily living ability scale (ADL) score and the simple intelligence scale score changes and overall efficiency were observed. Results The overall effective rate of 3 + 1 group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group. There was no significant difference of scores of simple intelligence scale, ADL score and linguistic competence score (P＞ 005).Conclusion 3 + 1 overall rehabilitation nursing care for patients with Alzheimer's disease can improve the daily life ability and language ability of the patients and the cognitive function of the patients.
