Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between blood pressure changes and heartcerebral ischemia events after acute cerebral infarction in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease and find the range of blood pressure for those patients. Methods 59 with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease in patients with acute cerebral infarction, were simultaneously monitored by ambulatory blood pressure and dynamic electrocardiogram. The blood pressure values and their corresponding ischemia events were studied. According the Blood pressure values, the patients were divided into group A (70~120/40~80mmHg), group B (120~140/80~90mmHg), group C (140~160/90~100mmHg), group D (160~180/100~110mmHg) and group E ( 180~260/110~150mmHg). Ischemia events included heart ischemia, cerebral ischemia, heartcerebral ischemia and heartcerebral without ischemia. The distribution of different classification of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in each blood pressure subgroup were observed. Results Heartbrain without ischemic events were mainly distributed in SBP group C, group D (χ2=106158,60465,P<001) and DBP group B, group C (χ2=79196,55099,P<001). The incidence of heartbrain without ischemic event with the increase of blood pressure increased first and then decreased. Conclusion Hypertension and coronary heart disease in patients with acute cerebral infarction, the heartbrain without ischemia events of the appropriate blood pressure range is 140~180/80~100mmHg. The incidence of heartbrain without ischemic event is inverted Ushaped curve related to blood pressure.
