    【摘要】 目的 探讨依达拉奉对颅脑损伤手术患者氧自由基清除能力及脑血流参数的影响程度。方法 选取2015年9月~2016年11月我院进行手术治疗的58例颅脑损伤患者,随机分为对照(常规围术期治疗)组(29例)和观察(常规治疗加依达拉奉)组(29例),检测与比较两组患者治疗前后的氧自由基清除能力指标及脑血流参数。结果 治疗前两组患者的氧自由基清除能力指标及脑血流参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>005),治疗后1周及2周观察组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)及羟自由基(·OH)水平低于对照组(P<005);颈总动脉平均血流速度(Vmean)、最小血流速度(Vmin)、平均血流量(Qmean)及最小血流量(Qmin)均高于对照组(P均<005);特性阻抗(Zc)及动态阻力(DR)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论 依达拉奉对颅脑损伤手术患者氧自由基清除能力及脑血流参数的影响较大,对于患者机体损伤修复及脑血供改善具有较好的临床治疗作用。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence excent of edaravone for the oxygen free radical scavenging capacity and cerebral blood flow parameters of patients with craniocerebral injury operation.Methods 58 patients with craniocerebral injury operation in our hospital from September 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control group (routine perioperative treatment group, 29 cases) and observation group (routine treatment and edaravone group, 29 cases),then the oxygen free radical scavenging capacity indexes and cerebral blood flow parameters of two groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared.Results The oxygen free radical scavenging capacity indexes and cerebral blood flow parameters of two groups before the treatment were compared. The differences were not statistically significant (P>005). The SOD levels of observation group at first and second week after the treatment were higher than the levels of control group. The MDA,LPO and·OH were lower than that of control group. Vmean,Vmin,Qmean and Qmin of observation group were higher than that of control group. The Zc and DR of observation group were lower than that of control group (P<005).Conclusion The influence of edaravone for the oxygen free radical scavenging capacity and cerebral blood flow parameters of patients with craniocerebral injury operation are great,and it plays better clinical role for the repair of body injury and improvement of cerebral blood supply.
