Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change of the balance beam test rotating rod walking test and screen experiment rehabilitation training combined with nerve growth factor in rats after cerebral hemorrhage and explore the mechanism of rehabilitation training combined with nerve growth factor in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Method 96 Healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, rehabilitation training group, NGF treatment group (intraperitoneal injection of nerve growth factor 30mg/kg) and rehabilitation training combined with NGF treatment group, 24 rats in each group. The animal model after the success of modeling respectively according to the above groups using rat exercise training equipment (for balancing, grasping, rotating and walking training) were treated respectively in the first weeks, the second weeks and the third weeks after the beam walking test, rotarod test, experimental evaluation of walking screen movement function, in order to study the effects of different treatment group of cerebral hemorrhage rats motor function.Results Balance beam walking test, rotarod test and experimental evaluation of walking screen of rehabilitation training combined NGF group were higher than that of rehabilitation group and NGF treatment group. Conclusion Rehabilitation training and NGF treatment alone and combined application of cerebral hemorrhage in rats have a positive role in the recovery of nerve function, but the combination of Rehabilitation training and NGF treatment has a synergistic effect.
