Newly anticoagulation drugs can increase the rate of vascular recanalization, but still should be prove by large sample research. Following with the development of intervention materials and technique, thrombolytic intervention ，mechanical thrombus disruption and removal, the mortality rate of CVST decreased Gradually, but still should be prove by randomized controlled trial of multicenter and large sample. When the patients have the risk of cerebral hernia tendency the emergency craniotomy decompression should be taken to save the patientslife.
